Childcare Business Course

The Childcare Business Course is designed from personal practical experience building a profitable and successful childcare center over the last 8 years. In this course I share the mistakes and wins I made over the last 8 years. The modules are designed in the chronological order I realized I should have taken when I started my business. In hindsight, this knowledge would have enabled me to reach profitability even faster than I did. 

Following the closure of pre-schools for 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was presented with the opportunity to put the course into practice and now after only 6 months, we have two centers, are making savings and are profitable. 

This course is designed for individuals who are starting for the first time or desire to re-launch their childcare business with the right foundation.
